Measure your natural waist and refer to our size guide. For waist-training corsets, we recommend choosing a size 4-6 inches smaller than your natural waist.
- Loosen the laces evenly so you can slip the corset over your head.
- Put it on with the lacing in front.
- Gently pull the ribbon to tighten slightly—just enough to rotate the corset into place.
- If needed, finish lacing the last few eyelets.
- Turn the corset around and position it properly.
- Put on the straps.
- Begin tightening from the top eyelets, working your way down gradually, shaping the corset to your body.
- Tie the ribbon into a secure bow and tuck it under the corset for a seamless look (if desired).
Our corsets are fashion-sculptors, not waist-trainers. Instead of forcing the body into extreme reduction, they offer a gentle 1 – 5 cm draw-in that visibly shapes an hourglass line while letting you breathe, move, and sit comfortably all day.

To keep your corset in the best condition:
- Wash delicately, only by hand, using a soap solution at a low temperature. You can use a soft sponge. Squeeze gently, along the bones, do not twist
- Dry the corset laid out and straightened horizontally
- Do not iron
- Store in a place protected from moisture (moisture can negatively affect the metal elements of the corset), also in a horizontal position to avoid deformation.
