You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your request must be submitted within this timeframe.
Items Condition
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:
Custom-made corsets (tailored to specific measurements)
Clearance or sale items

Non-Refundable Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes both the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Any customs duties or import taxes paid for international orders are also non-refundable.
